Action Learning Groups

We are passionate about action learning as a methodology for embedding equality, diversity and inclusion into organisations. Because action learning is directed by and revolves around participants it is entirely focussed on their business needs.

Such groups are particularly suitable for people who have found training to be too generic or inconvenient.

For a business beginning to embed an inclusion strategy, an action learning set is an ideal method for problem solving, sharing intelligence and ensuring knowledge is widely disseminated across the organisation. The benefits of such an approach are:

  • Key issues are highlighted and dealt with more innovatively
  • Saves valuable resources
  • Best practice is shared
  • Keeps work on track
  • People involved feel motivated and supported.

We have run an open variation on the action learning set, called the Sateo Peer Learning Group, for our clients since 2008.

Members share experiences and discuss them critically with colleagues who are at different stages on their own journey. The group is particularly valuable for those people who are working on the agenda alone in their organisations.

Call us for a no obligation discussion and quote.
